I believe in self-care and balance. It is important to me that my horse and I look after our physical health, and I appreciate the high quality of the Dynamite products that we use. I, and many of my clients, have struggled with chronic illness and the physical side effects of burnout. I know how limiting it can be to try and live into your passions and potential with compromised health, and how empowering it can be to overcome that through improved nutrition, great integrative healthcare, and powerful coaching to address some of the stored trauma and inherited belief systems we carry in our cells. I want to offer my clients options to take back their lives, and one avenue is through nutritional support with quality products such as Dynamite. My clients also care deeply for the animals in their lives and, as one who feels the same, I can attest to the value of investing in quality feed, supplements, and wound care.
